1 Peter 1:13
So then, have your minds ready for action. Keep alert and set your hope completely on the blessing which will be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.
A.C.T. is NOT standing still. It is NOT doing nothing. A.C.T. is movement, just as everything else is dependent upon movement.
Without movement everything ceases to exist!
The world itself is about action, if the world itself stopped acting, if it stopped it's action - every living thing would cease to exist!
A.C.T. is about doing what hasn't been done that needs to be done. Its about taking God's word to the nations and to our immediate community.
Taking it in such a way that when others hear about it, when they hear about Acquiring Christ-minded Truth; they in essence will feel motivated to ACT as well!
Its not about making anyone feel bad, its not about making anyone feel they are doing something wrong.
It's about inspiring, it's about lifting up, it's about giving that energy that you feel when you actually get up and move!
When you actually get out and DO, that is what A.C.T. is!
Our goal is to be able to teach in love friends, community, a generation, a world - what God instituted since the very beginning; and to do it by our very own actions.
To do it by Acquiring Christ-Minded Truth!!
To be able to show others that it's not a far fetched thing, it is real, it is tangible; but your only going to get there unless you ACT!
That is what A.C.T. is !!
